Another really busy week...

Here we go, another busy week.   I was out planting my third planting of beans, weeded the squash and beets then in to do my day late blog.  Then morning chores, shower and a trip to the dentist.  I dropped off the cage at Dave's house and then bought some strawberries at Poor Man's Ponderosa.  Didn't do much the rest of the afternoon.  Got going after evening chores doing some sewing work.

Tuesday-Weeded some in the vegetable garden before breakfast.  Chores then spent the day sewing on the flower girl dress.  Took a break after lunch and weeded two rows of tomatoes, then back to sewing.  Evening was chores and TV time, thunder storms and tornado watches all night.

Wednesday-Must have been really tired...didn't wake up until after 7:00.  Did some computer work on my farm website updating all the good news from the weekend.  Did a little weeding, then quick bath and got ready for Meals and knitting group.

Dawn came by after to pick up milk for the calves.  Made dinner, chores, and then sewing.

Thursday-Another late wake up, didn't sleep good.  The went into town to pick up a zipper.  Zipper went in like a charm!  After lunch I started making bread to sell at the Farmer's Market on Saturday.  While it was rising I helped Greg with more paneling in the backroom.  Had laundry going all day.  Last dryer load there were black marks on some the clothes!  Dryer broken...Greg now working on fixing dryer.

Friday-Breakfast, chores, more bread baking.  Hung more ceiling, made Strawberry Rhubarb jam, got things together for market.   Bagged and labeled cool bread.

Saturday-Up early, bagged the rest of the bread.  On my way to market at 7:45 am.  Later then I would have liked.  Set up then visited with some old and new friends.  Time to sit and spin while waiting for customers.  Sold five loaves of bread, seven dozen eggs, and one soap mold.  Cool morning, good number of vendors, about normal traffic.

Home quick lunch really late milking.

Afternoon was spent relaxing, then did a little straightening of the back of the house.  Nice day for porch sitting, so that is where we spent our evening after chores.

Hoping for a little less hectic week...Onward and Upward.
